Description

This architectural concept, known as the "Hill House," is designed to seamlessly integrate with the natural slope of the terrain. The primary idea is to interact with the hill’s inclination by carving out balanced voids within it, forming habitable spaces while preserving the natural topography. These excavated cavities serve as the foundation for the house, allowing it to blend harmoniously with the landscape.

Interior Layout and Spaces

The house consists of a main suspended bedroom along with two additional bedrooms at the lower level. The design uniquely features two distinct living spaces, each with its own independent entrance, effectively forming two separate yet interconnected residences. At the lower level, a swimming pool extends the concept of fluidity, creating a serene retreat that enhances the relationship between the house and the landscape.

The Slab

Structurally, the entire house is supported by a vertically inserted main slab, which acts as the backbone of the design. This central element provides stability while allowing the structure to interact dynamically with the terrain, ensuring that the dwelling becomes an organic extension of the hill itself.
